Perfect  Chocolate Chip Cookie


*1 cup softened salted butter

*1 cup white sugar

*1 cup packed brown sugar

*2 tsp pure vanilla -(Pam’s Pure Vanilla listed below)

*2 large eggs

*Make sure butter and eggs are room temperature

preheat oven 375  I line baking sheets with parchment paper

In a separate bowl  sift together

*3 cups of flour

*1 tsp baking soda

*1/2 tsp baking powder

*1 tsp sea salt or 20 turns

*2 cups of chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate)  add your nuts if desired

*cream butter & sugars beat in eggs and vanilla!

*Now mix in dry ingredients

*once combined now it’s time to add your chocolate chips and/or nuts

*I use a cookie scoop and spread rounded dough of 9 on sheet (make yours as big or small as you want)

*I bake my cookies at 10 minutes   The key is to take them out when they are Barely starting to turn brown   You May have to experiment as all ovens are different   Move to cooking rack to sit for a few

Pam’s Pure Vanilla (super easy)

*5-6 vanilla beans


*oz 8 Bottle

Slice your beans and put in 8 Oz bottle and fill with vodka   That’s it!  Just remember to shake once a week and in 2 months your pure vanilla will be ready to use
