Holidays seem to be centered around food and memories. My sweet husband has fond memories of his maternal grandmother making dumplings for Thanksgiving. He thought it would be a nice complement to add as a side dish to this years meal. So, we did a practice run. To our surprise they were not difficult at all. The recipe was easy to follow. The plan for this first run of dumplings is to actually make Chicken and Dumplings. With the success of this batch, Thursday’s Thanksgiving meal will have a special side of dumplings served with love!
